By booking our space, you agree to comply with the terms as stated below:

Booking

  • To confirm your booking for the chosen date and time slot, full payment along with a $200 security deposit is required.

  • The security deposit will be refunded within 3 working days, provided the venue is returned in good condition with no missing or damaged items. If damages exceed the $200 deposit, we reserve the right to seek additional compensation from the event liaison.
  • Changing of confirmed event date and time is subjected to availability.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • A 50% refund of the booking fee will be provided if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the event date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The security deposit will be fully refunded if the event is canceled or postponed at any time.

Use of Space

  • Please adhere to the no footwear policy in GatherLink.

  • Clients are welcome to decorate the venue as they wish; however, please avoid using mounting tape, nails, glue, or any adhesives that may cause permanent damage to surfaces when removed. All decorations must be taken down before leaving the venue. Charges will incur if premises is found damaged.

  • All furniture and amenities at GatherLink can be rearranged to suit your preferences. Please ensure everything is returned to its original position before the end of your booking.

  • Please handle all facilities with care, as any damaged or missing items will incur replacement fees based on their value.

  • GatherLink does not impose cleaning fees; however, basic housekeeping is required before leaving the space. Please make sure all trash is emptied and disposed of in the public green bin near the cargo lift to the right of GatherLink. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fee charges.

  • GatherLink reserves the right to impose an additional cleaning fee if needed to restore the unit to its original condition. Examples where this may be required include: Stains on fabric or upholstery, Deodorizing the space.

  • Please ensure all switches, air conditioners, and water points are turned off before leaving the space, except those labeled “Do not off.” Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

  • Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and vendors. GatherLink will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of property during the event.

House Rules

  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the premises.
  • Music and noise must be kept to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other tenants and neighbors.

  • External speakers or DJs are not allowed at GatherLink. Please use the sound system provided in the venue.

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

  • Please vacate the premises on time. Unauthorized extension will result in additional charges at 1.5 times the hourly rate (not prorated). If you wish to extend your booking, please request an extension before your booking ends, as it is subject to availability.
